Our Vanessa-Mae visited China in May 1998 for the Storm On World Tour to give concerts in Shanghai on May 10 and 11, and Beijing on May 14 and 15.

In Beijing, she gave a press conference and sometime ago I received a short video report on the press conference that was aired in 1998 on Sky News.

I wrote a story on Vanessa-Mae's visit to China in 1998, in particualr dealing with the press conference, VMSPOS for the introduction and Sky News reports on Vanessa-Mae in China.

Sitting in the middle of the table with clear sovereignty, dressed in her fabulous bright yellow Chinese style silk blouse with mandarin collar and frog buttons, and highly decorated with yellow embroideries, the glitter of a fine necklace is noticeable in the opening of the blouse, her long shining black hair, hanging in free style loose over her shoulders on on her back and framing her beautiful face that was a smooth flawless complexion as being heavily covered with perfect make-up, Vanessa-Mae looked absolutely superb, truly in agreement with her status of a high profile superstar of world wide acclaim.
